Good ideas only have a chance at becoming great if the right people hear about them. Bringing hard-working entrepreneurs together with the right audience, and turning those good ideas into great ones, is one of the joys of my work as Webquacker's content strategist. I get to be there for every stage of our partners' projects, from brainstorming the initial ideas to managing their social media presence. I'm never more satisfied with my work than when I'm developing written and visual content that tells our partners' stories the way they need them told.
I'm always grateful for the recognition I get from others in my field. Over the years, I've been invited to share my opinions in articles for trade and professional publications such as FlyingSolo, Social Media Today, and Canstar.
I'm also a Hootsuite Certified Professional and ambassador so I’d like to think I have a firm knowledge base when it comes to social media strategies across multiple industries.
When I have the time, I'm usually keeping an eye on my favourite basketball or rugby teams (Wallabies) or catching up friends over a coffee or two.
